Faith Brings Miracles

Hello everyone,
Yes its Tuesday not Monday.. Yesterday was bank holiday so the library was closed. So I got the opportunity to go to the Preston Temple. It was truly marvelous. I got to do an endowment session. It had been almost 2 months since I had been in the temple. The longest time since I got my endowments out. It felt just like home. I know the temple is the house of the Lord. And he answers prays there.
Wednesday we went on a church history tour. We started in Liverpool where the first missionaries landed in 1837, on the Liverpool docks. Then we went to Manchester where the first person was baptized into God's kindom in England. It was great. When  we were in Liverpool, we were at a museum and I was taking a picture of the Titanic. I dropped my camera and it broke. The zoom lense came out and the camera wouldn't even turn on. I took the battery out and try and nothing worked. So I said a pray and asked god to forgive me for my clumsyness. That I would put the camera away for the rest of the day and not worry about it. So I did. That night when I was taking the camera out of my bag, the zoom lense had went in. So I tried it and it worked. I started to cry. I know the Lord hears and answers our prays. I learned a valueable lesson. I know the Lord will hear and answer your prays as well.
Our investigator Jaroslav is truly a miracle. He has read the Book of Mormon twice in Czech. So when we are teaching and he is getting translation, he repeats back what we say and was giving more when we were teaching the plan of Salvation. He truly is prepared and understands the importance of baptism.
I am very proud of myself. I only found out last week that the Royal baby was born,.... almost a month ago. Yes I know its crazy I didn't know but we truly aren't part of the world. Is there anything else that I have missed world wide?
I love you all,

Dear everyone!
Gas is 1.36 here!! That sounds great right... that's a liter. So its actually 5.14 a gallon is very bad but it gets worse. Convert that to American money and its 8.22 a gallon!! This week I talked to a man that was 6 foot 10! He was a giant he worked security. Really nice but didn't want to hear about the gosple bless him. I helped a man move, he is a hoarder. He has alot of really look star wars and WWII things tho. wednesday me and my companion saw a man laying on the side of the road. The ambulance was taking care of him. They handed him off to us to take him home. They said he had jesus so he should be okay. He was a drunk man that got in a bar fight the night before, but we walked him home and alot of people noticed the two boys in shirts and ties doing a good dead. The lord works miracles. tuesday morning me and my companion were studying for our investigator Jaroslav, we were thinking about inviting him to be baptized and Elder Kunzler brought up the concern he might have, I have alreday been baptized. so we studied and found a scripute saying you have to be baptized by some one from the authority from God. That night when we invited him to be baptized in a few weeks he brought up the exact concern. and boom we were prepared for it! He is scheduled to get baptized on setember 7th! Saturday was the opening game of the season for Liverpool football club. It was crazy! it rained all day but everyone was going to the game! they were all mostly drunk after the game so we stayed in our flat.
The lord will work miracles according to our faith
Love you all

Hello everyone!
I love the England Manchester Mission! I came here just at the right time. I got to see the pagent. Which is a miracle in itself. It was one of the most spiritual experiences ever. It tells the story of Great Britians role in the restoration of the gospel. And talks about all the early saints from there that came to america. The story started in Liverpool, where I am right now! At the end of the program, they had all the MTC missionaries come and sing called to serve. That's when I was flooded with overwhelming joy. The story isn't complete. I am in the story right now making it! Oh the joy.
Thursday I had the opportunity to hear from two aposltles of the Lord. Elder Jeffery R. Holland and Elder Russel M. Neilson. They said alot of great things. the word I really picked up on was embrace. Elder Holland talked about serving in this country 52 years ago. And how every day he remembers his mission. He has a way of talking with boldness. He was ponding the pulpet telling us to not waste an minute of the Lords time. That if we did that we would regret it. Elder Neilson pronounced a blessing from heaven uopn the mission. He said the work is hastening that this mission would be blessed by having 3 apostles in it at the same time. Elder Ballard was at the pagent. 3 apostles of the Lord in my mission at one time!!
We have missionaries from 33 different countries in my mission right now, almost half are American. Saturday we helped a man in the ward move. He lived on the 5th floor and didn't have an elevator... But Saturday night we had two baptisms in our mission. The sister missionaries have a special spirt to  them! They work mighty miracles.
I love you all, I know the Lord loves all his childern

I love you all :)
I really enjoyed this last week!! I can feel everyone's prays. And I know the Lord is watching over me and you also. Last Monday was my first P day. We went to a Cathedral in Liverpool. It was called the Great and Spacios building. Funny huh! It was massive. I witnessed many miracles this week. We met a lady on the street named Terry. She said she had taken lessons before but moved. So now we will be teaching her. Rikesh, the one from Napal is having a hard time. His father won't let him get baptized. He told us he has never had a proper conversation with his dad!? crazy right. It was really weird to think about living with someone and never talking to them. I rode my first double decker bus last tuesday. It was quite marvelous. also I rode a train. We went to this thing called the British Pagent. It is the first church pagent outside of the United states. And it was truly brilliant. You have to google what its about. My testimony was grown from it. I saw Ridge Spackman there, He is at the England MTC right now. Oh I came to the mission at just the right time.... Elder Jeffery R. Holland will be here Thursday to talk to our mission. YEAH it is going to be an amazing thing. Also elder Ballard will be here to to talk to us. I can't believe how blessed I am! The Lord answers prayers. This is the true church! The church is true the book is blue. Take care :)
